We specialize in the design-build process; from design conception, to value engineering prior to submitting for plan check, to certificate of occupancy. We provide full construction management services for the development company acting as owner/builder.

As part of a team consisting of Subcontract/bidding Specialist and Job Site Supervision, we provide services above and beyond the standard Architect’s Construction Observation phase; proactively solving any unforeseen problems that may arise at pre-construction and during construction. Thus, keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
